I called in an order today, with a first question about a specific disc I wanted. The kid I got said it was out of stock, but 'check the web page'. I did and it was there, so I called back and got a woman who said, 'what? there's 10 on the computer...hold on a minute and I'll go check the shelf.' There were 10, one of which I hope will be mine when the order is 'picked' two weeks from now. Amazing what you can learn when you ask the right questions.

You obviosly haven't gotten one of the 'bad' clerks at Berkshire. Usually they want to get your order and hang up. I called on a Saturday and it must have been slow. It was nice to be given the little extra help I needed. Now I've got to sweat out those 2 weeks hoping the set I want won't be used up before they get to me. Three sold in a week (from when I first asked about it.)

Try calling Amazon and asking them to physically verify that a disc another clerk had said was out of stock was available according to their web listing.
