I just listened to the following recording:

A.Roussel

Now, the funny thing is: I'm listening to the 'piano concerto' (track 1-3) but I hear no piano, then comes the 2nd work (concerto pour petit orchestra) and there is a piano. The same with the other two works: no cello in track 7-9, but a cello in track 10-12. The times of the tracks are correct. Does anyone own this CD or knows what's wrong? Did they exchange op.36 with op.34 and op.57 with op.39? Or is it even worse? Maybe op.34 is even op.39???

The recording is made by Naive/Valois (V 4846): Ensemble Orchestral de Paris (David Stern), A.Tharaud (piano), J-G. Queras (cello).

I have heard this CD as well, and it was correct. The piano concerto starts with an ostinato in the piano, in the lowest register: G C# D Ab C# D. That should help you identify it. Also, the timings for the PC look correct.
