I copied this from the website I found.

Below as a list of piano serial numbers for the big names in the Canadian Piano industry. This list has been compiled from several sources and is only a partial listing of the 200 piano makers that existed in Canada.

There is also a web site link to the United States piano serial numbers. Yet this to is only a partial listing.

For a more complete listing or for a specific serial number contact your local piano technician or email us a This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or contact the ultimate piano serial number expert at www.piercepianoatlas.com.

the manufacturer of my piano is not on that list.

It was made by The Netzow Mfg Co, Milwaukee, WIS

Serial number: 51175

Any other way to find out the year of manufacture?

At the top of the list of manufacturers there is a little button to click, and the makers of the site will do the research for you. It's a free service, which is ideal. They ask for a pic or two of your piano sometimes. Give it a click and see where it can go.

Would you be willing to try them again?

Best wishes,

I don't have outlook express, so I cannot use that link. it's an email contact.

I think I'll email Netzow directlya and see what I find....

Hi John,

If you are truly willing to help, then we here at My Piano Friends would be interested in having you join our site and see if there are possibly any others who you might be able to help. There is no fee to join, but rather an eclectic group of piano enthusiasts from amateur to professional and teachers.

We're always on the lookout for more members as there is a constant stream of questions, and if you were able to offer help to the other lady, then you could most certainly be of great help to many others. We would love to have you aboard.

Would you consider joining then?

Best wishes,
~B~
