I haven't seen it, so I cannot say if it is better or worse than any other book or software about music theory or ear training (Hint: search this forum and the internet for 'hearandplay' or 'Jermaine Griggs' to look for some comments and to make up your own mind). What I can say is that it probably won't tell you how to get the necessary technique to really play piano. 300 pages may be enough to teach a basic knowledge about music theory but they are too few to teach music theory and (!) piano playing in detail. You'll rather end up 'hacking' the piano than playing it. To get an impression of what it means to play the piano you might read Chuan C. Chang's second edition of 'Fundamentals of Piano Practice' at
