Ashbrooks DONIZETTI

I am having a terrible time tracking down William Ashbrook's DONIZETTI AND HIS OPERAS, published by Cambridge University Press in 1982. Normally when a book has lapsed from print, and especially a book of such recent vintage and from such a well known publisher, it is trivially easy to find it using any number of online websites that search through used bookstores for you, but I have been resorting to these sites for the last five years in an effort to find a copy of this book without any luck. It seems to have disappeared without a trace. If anybody has a copy he or she wants to unload or knows where I can find a copy, I'm very interested. (This book is not to be confused with Ashbrook's earlier book on Donizetti from the early 1960's.)
