Hi all,

I have just tried to order the Best Ever book after reading some reviews but it seems the book is only for sale in the US, certainly its not for sale here in Norway due to some copywrite problem.

I have been offered as a replacement the Worlds Greatest Fake book by Warner but am not convinced its a worthy replacement.

Could anyone offer an opinion?

PS Alternatively if anyone reading this has a possibility of buying and posting the book by Airmail to Norway, that would be great.

I have a Paypal account to transfer the money and cover any costs involved.
