Tovey's (premiered 1934?), on Symposium? Wilfred Lehmann's cello concerto 'Muhyo' (Philip Green, vc, Melbourne Sym, Wilfred Lehmann conducting) released on an Australian Broadcasting transcription recording. Don't know of any recordings of Malcolm Arnold's cello concerto (2000.) (The British Music Information Centre page has a good, though not complete, list if you search under cello. www.bmic.co.uk.) Yes, - recorded in 1937 with Casals & Boult. I haven't heard it, but the sound on the CD is reported to be dreadful.

Another Australian piece is:

David Lumsdaine - 1992('A Garden of Earthly Delights' (Tall Poppies)

And two other English additions:

Nicholas Maw - 1985('Sonata Notturna' (Nimbus) Christopher Headington - 1995('Serenade' (ASV)

A Chandos CD just released contains the cello and strings version of his Lament. I'm not sure if Cello Dreaming on that CD (a solo cello work) is performed in an arrangement, likewise Djilile? Eric Schissel
