How is the Florestan Trio's first two Schumann trios (Hyperion)? Googling found me little clues.

Superb, in my opinion, as is their other Schumann trio coupled with the piano quartet, their Schubert trios, and their first CD of the Beethoven trios (both of Op. 70). This is one of the few current ensembles that I just buy all of their new recordings even given their ridiculous price tag.

I liked their Schumann trio's too, but was disappointed with their Schubert D.929, in which their playing was a little bit too soft-grained for my taste.
