I am recovering from a broken wrist and my playing is suffering from it. Can anyone offer me exercises that will help me out with this?

I would talk to a doctor or physiotherapist to get a better idea of what you should or shouldn't do with your wrist. Forcing certain actions on a weak joint can cause further, more significant damage.
