I have a 1904 9'3" Grand Concert Bechstein restored in 1971. Does anyone know the best way to go about finding someone interested in buying it? (that dosnt want to rip me off)

Sorry for the wait. If you have it professionally inspected and appraised you will known it's true value. No one will be able to tell you differently, because you'll have the proof most likely in the form of a document.

After that if you post it on online classifieds, or in music stores. You could always suffer through a consignment with a participating retailer.

You can look into posting an ad in a music magazine that offers a classified section. You'll be tageting people with the knowledge and expertise to appreciate your instrument, and no expectations of ripping you off.
