I'm looking at a Yamaha U1 with serial no. A 4124780. Is $3600 a reasonable price? Is it a good piano where I don't need to upgrade in a dew years?

My mother has had her upright Yamaha (not sure of series) for YEARS and still in great shape, with routine tuning. Mine is a couple of decades old and still great.
