baldwin digital piano key repairs

have used baldwin pianella,plays ok,but keys are very noisey.has a touch control buttonthat doesnt always work.any help woulbe appreciated.

It could be either the dampers or the butt felts or the back rail cloth is too hard. Have you checked any of these?
