Do the pianos currently marketed as Knabes and Webers bear any resemblance to the Knabe and Webers manufactured in the early 20th century. Do they use the same scale, design, etc. or do they just use the same name.

Not sure specifically about the actual scale, but mostly they are radically different pianos with the name being the only significant commonality. Even if the scale design were the same, they would still be as different as the new Volkswagen 'Bug' and the old Volkswagen 'Bug'. Because the manufacturing is completely different these days in modern Korean factories versus old American factories. The parts are different too. Hammers, strings, everything.
