Click on 'Tracks with Audio' for a bunch of clips from this new minimalist SMP, which will be out later this spring, I think. The clips of Kozena are especially enticing.

If it's anywhere near as good as the live performance I attended shortly before the recording - the cast is the same - it should be a mandatory acquisition for anyone who cares about HIP Bach. Kozena was superlative, but the whole thing hung together as a remarkably cohesive, unstoppable dramatic narrative of uncommon urgency. Easily one of the best concerts I've attended (I say all this as someone who doesn't like any of McCreesh's Bach recordings).

I was at the first concert at St Johns and I'd agree it was a moving and magnificent concert. I thought Kozena was great, and Mark Padmore too.
I can't wait to get my hands on the CDs.
