Mosaiques Quartets future

Does anyone here know what the Mosaiques Quartet is doing now? Their past pattern seemed to be that they'd release half of a Haydn op., and then later release the second half along with a two-CD set of the entire op. They have released half of op. 64, and I hope that they are recording the second half now. Also, their set of Mozart's quartets devoted to Haydn is out of print. I suspect this is due to their label being a little slow. The Astree website is mainly in French and they don't seem to reply to queries written in English. Anyone here speak French and willing to write Astree a note?

I do not believe it. MDT, which has CDs after everyone else has run out, no longer lists this CD. Besides, even my rudimentary French can see that the ordering time is 8-9 days, which means that they have to order it.

And before someone says it, I am aware that Astree sells the three CDs separately, with bugs on the CD covers. BUGS! Yuk! Their other CD covers are much classier than the bugs.

One of the things I like about classical music is CD covers. Jarvi's Hungarian Dances, most any Baroque painting, etc., really adds to the attractiveness of a CD. I was being just a touch facetious. The drawings on the covers of the Mosaiques' double-CD sets are so attractive. The bugs are ugly. It's just me. Of course they won't hurt me or get me arrested.

Right, it's in the mail! Will keep you posted. Bare in mind it's sunday for the French, too! 8-)
