With my stringorchestra (amateurs) I want to study a piece by Mozart to get acquainted with hs elegant style. Eine Kleine Nachtmusik however and his Divertimenti KV137 etc. are to difficult for us, because of the many fast notes, that have to be played swift and gently. Do you know another piece for strings by Mozart, that we could study, with less fast notes, more in andante mood? A stringquartet is also possible, but wich one would you advise. Thanks in advance. Why not try Rossini's Sonata for Strings. No. 1 and 2 should not be too difficult for U.
