Beta Blockers

The bad thing about beta blockers, for men anyway, is that they are erection killers. Seriously. Beta blockers are often prescribed for migraines as well as high blood pressure. If a student has neither of these conditions, they might be better off learning some deep breathing exercises, or meditation. To use beta blockers to reduce performance anxiety is, in my opinion, an abuse of medicine, just as body-builders using steroids.

Quibbling? I stated a fact. I also stated that my own feelings on physicians prescribing beta blockers for performance anxiety was, IN MY OPINION, an abuse of medicine. If you disagree with my opinion, you disagree. No sweat off my sack. *shrug*
