Okay, I know about the usual sources: MDT, Crochet, German Music Express, Tower UK, HMV UK, and Amazon UK-FR-DE, as well as NA sources: Amazon USA-CA, CDuniverse, Tower, and BRO. I am trying to find a Calig CD with no luck. Any suggestions?

Just out of curiosity, what are you looking for? Kubelik's Meistersinger? Parnassus will search for out-of-print CD's and LP's if you provide detailed information including the catalogue number. Don't even bother to contact them without it. Here's their URL:

Parnassus' search service has found many treasures for me over the years. I've been using their catalog sales for about the last two decades, too. If you think this means I find them trustworthy and consider their service excellent, then you have the right idea.

The other dealer I consider a 'top favorite' is Ars Antiqua, whose Website may be found at a similarly obvious address: http://arsantiqua.com/ .

I recommend both of these dealers without reservation.

I want to find a CD with Mozart's PC #5. Buchbinder is not highly regarded here, but he does have a CD with 5 (and 6&8) with the matching rondo to #5. #5 does not seem to be popular, so there aren't a lot of choices for it. Even Brendel's 5&6 is OOP, as MDT cannot obtain it.

Thanks for the URL.

Incredibly, Boulez and Yvonne Loriod recorded some of those very early Mozart concertos in the 50's with the ensemble of the Domaine musical. Maybe even earlier than 5.

Just went and checked. They recorded K. 37, K.39, K. 40, and K. 41. (Why? Because they could use a tiny ensemble?)

Maybe, maybe not - but Brendel has performed one of the later concertos (414?) in public accompanied by a string quartet.
