From the subject of this thread, I was hoping it would be an update on reconstruction of a section of the St. George Hotel in Brooklyn, which has been proceeding at a snail's pace a few feet from our living room.

I'd be even more scared if I could actually find this story in Ha'aretz. Mr Floyd offers no reference and a search of the Ha'aretz site using the search terms 'George Bush' fails to bring up any such story for the week preceding Floyd's dateline or even for the preceding three months. Surely Alex Cockburn wouldn't have printed this without checking...?
