Thanks, but at best I have room for a 5'3' baby grand. Really need to stick with an upright due to space limitations.

A piano you should consider is a Charles Walter. It is competition to Steinway, and you can buy a brand new Walter for at least a couple of thousand less than you're being asked to pay for a '64 Steinway - and the Walter is better than a '64 Steinway. Many think it is better than a new Steinway. But make that decision on your own after you've tried one. Don't let the 'name' dictate your purchase. You'll end up paying too much for too little.

Petrof also makes a 5'something' grand (model IV) that's quite nice, as does Estonia. Petrof's verticals are also very highly regarded. Other new uprights in the same league with the Petrofs might include Chas. Walter, Schulze-Pollmann, Pleyel, and W. Hoffmann.
