1893 was the year of build. You have answered the rest of your question correctly.

Probably a good idea to address this question to your Yamaha dealer, they'll tell you straight away (and the T118 isn't necessarily a great instrument, just because it is taller...)
The answer to this question is reliant on the price-bracket you are looking in and the features that you need.
