Reading organ music is great sight reading practice. The third staff is for the pedal. Bach's organ Preludes and Fugues make the WTK look like child's play. Take a look at the amazing E minor P&F BWV 548 and the incredible C minor Passacaglia.

Just bought a CD with Pierre Cochereau playing the organ. Bach, Couperin, Messian and Cochereau (improvisations) - but I loved best two extraits (Cantabile, Scherzo) from Symphonie No.2 by some Louis Vierne.
In some parts, the bass notes make the speakers move ...
