A quick search of the Tom Lee website seems to indicate that the Joplin books can be found there. The book entitled 'Collected Works of Scott Joplin: Rags, Marches and Waltzes' was published in 1971 by the New York Public Library and is distributed by Belwin Mills Publishing. Piano rags refers to Ragtime music, which was popular in the early part of the 20th century. They are highly syncopated, melodic and great fun to play. All of Joplin's rags are of very high quality. The Maple Leaf Rag is probably his most well know composition.
