The Siena Pianoforte was auctioned in the orient by his wife when Avner Carmi its owner (creator?) died there in about 1976. Where is the Siena Pianoforte now? I wish to commission new music to be played on it. Fraud or no, it is an interesting phenomenon historically and acoustically and its present location is not known to me. Might anyone here know its whereabouts?
Mr Rosen does not know but there may be some readers of this group who know the current location of the Siena Pianoforte. Michael G. Kramer
