Hi, I just purchase a DVD 'The Art Of Piano' There are four subtitle options, english, French, Spanish, and Japanese. However, The English subtitle never shows up even with English subtitle on. Do any one who owns this DVD have english subtitle available? Am I getting a bad disk or this is a problem for every disk?

As I recall, the English subtitles appear only when someone is speaking French, German, etc.; not when someone is speaking English. Similarly, the French subtitles do not appear when someone is speaking French, and likewise for the other languages.
