the sustain on my clavinova clp 760 is permanently on, wether i use the pedal or not. any idea why this might be, or how i can fix it?

Hello,

Try unplugging the pedal, turning off the keyboard, plugging the pedal back in (make sure it is in the "sustain" 1/4 inch jack), and turning on the keyboard again.

If this doesn't fix the problem, there may be something disconnected in the pedal, or damage to the cord.
