Where do you get all those lines at the bottom of your posts? I can't possibly remember all them - is there a website?

Actually, people send them to me. What I do with them is combine them into a text document that I keep on my desktop and strip off one at a time with each posting. When people send me more of them, I just add them to the bottom of the document. There are duplications occasionally, but usually no one cares. I just think of them as a pleasant change of pace to all the pedantic stuff.

Gerry A conclusion is the place where you got tired of thinking.

Any chance I could get that document (don't worry; I won't use them as sigs)?

Let me take this opportunity to tell you how much I enjoy those sig file sayings, Gerry. Some I've heard before, some I haven't. One or two I thought were derivatives of my own material, but I _am_ a notorious quip thief. So many of my smart remarks are others' material that I've stored away. When I subliminally regurgitated one of them, I try to convince myself that I actually made it up all by myself. Such a clever guy. Since I'm not rich, apparently not.

Adam, I have a collection of quotes on my website. The site is currently dead, but it's still accessible (The provider folded a few months back). The quotes are in a Word document. They're not all aphorisms like the collection Gerry uses, but there are a few one-liners in there. Help yourself.
