I am looking for a link that will list the contents of Toshiba-EMI Art of Bruno Walter (ii). I tried several sites, but have come up empty (hmv.co. jp. towerrecords.jp etc...) It must be a heavy set because the cost in U.S dollars is 164 dollars.. that's the conversion from Korean won. I didn't even know there was a Toshiba EMI Art of Bruno Walter (i) ..I assume most of the Toshiba Blue note issues were in that box..Mahler 9th/VPO, Act I of Walkure..... Matthew?

I hunted through Google and found my posting from 1996(!) when I sold the copy I had in r.m.c. Not because it was bad- it was a fine set that just didn't match my tastes at the time.

Haydn Sym.96 on Preiser 90114.

All these Mozart items in EMI CHS 7 63912 2.

Schubert in the VPO commemorative set on EMI CDH 7 64296 2.

Brahms Sym. 1 on Preiser 90114. (see above)

Siegfried Idyll in VPO commemorative set on EMI CDH 7 64298 2

Mahler Kindertotenlieder on EMI CDH 7 61003 2.

This song is in the EMI VPO commemorative set on CDH 7 64297 2.

Mahler Adagietto on Preiser 90114 (see above).

_Walküre_ Acts 1 and 2 also issued on EMI single CDs and by Danacord in its series devoted to Lauritz Melchior. There is a cut in the transfer of Act 2 on EMI to accomodate the entire act on one CD. Note, btw., that most of Act 2 is conducted by Bruno Seidler-Winkler
