If it is a 52" upright, it may sell for about $1800, depending on how it plays, key action and regulation of the action. It may be less.
For comparison, Yamaha and Kawai are the gold standard comparing to KC and other similar pianos.
What I mean is that a 1983 as-is yamaha U3 52" upright will have a higher value, if it has been taken care of. The KC will be much lower. The U3 would sell at about $3000+ and if restored in Japan, about $4000.
