We can make up our mind whether to get Yamaha T121 or U series. What's the difference? Which one is better? We want to buy one for our two kids to learn piano who are only 5. But we don't want to buy one and will have to upgrade it in a few years time. So which one T121 or U series????? Thanks!

Hi there Pat!

To begin with, you are looking at a Yamaha piano, which has an excellent reputation amongst musicians world-wide. I am familiar with the U-Series - large, solid sounding instrument with a nice action (very important for young learners particularly), with a clear tone.

I'm not at all familiar with the T-series, but a quick google check came up with this link from the Yamaha site:
http://www.yamaha.com/hospitality/acoustic.asp

This will probably only give more sale-speak, but it's a further link for you to check things out. I would say that they would be both quite acceptable instruments to begin learning on.
